Obtaining a Chinese Visa:

Foreign citizens need a valid entry visa to enter the territory of China. In order to receive reimbursement, please request "non-business visit" visa. You can obtain a Chinese visa at Chinese Embassy or Consulates in your country of residence. Many travel agencies can also apply visa for you. 

For those who will need visa: We will send you official invitation letter & hotel reservation letter (both are needed for applying a visa; Usually the PDF versions should suffice) starting in late February, after the Chinese New Year. Please send your passport number and country of citizenship, exact name used in your passport, date of birth, and your current address to us (Email: mathcenter@hust.edu.cn) before February 28, 2017.
