Numerical investigation of multi-component hydrocarbon mixtures based on Peng-Robinson

摘要:Modeling of multiphase fluid systems with a realistic equation of state has become an attractive and challenging research topic in the chemical and reservoir engineering. The thermodynamic properties of the multi-component hydrocarbon mixtures can be described by a general diffuse interface model with Peng-Robinson equation of state. A regularized lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) is developed to investigate the thermodynamic behavior of the multi-component hydrocarbon mixtures. Numerical experiments including the mixture consists of methane (CH4) and n-decane (nC10H22), and the mixture consists of methane (C1) and pentane (C5) are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed LBM.
主讲人简介: 杨旭光,湖南第一师范学院副教授,博士毕业于华中科技大学,曾在香港理工大学从事两年博士后研究工作。主要从事偏微分方程数值解和计算流体力学中的高性能数值方法研究,近几年研究工作主要集中在多相多组分复杂流体的建模和高效数值方法研究。已主持国家自然科学基金两项,省自然科学基金两项。在Journal of Scientific Computing, Physical Review E, International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer等期刊发表学术论文二十余篇。
