报告摘要：Distinguished representations play a fundamental role in the relative Langlands program due to its tight connection with Langlands functoriality and its various arithmetic applications. It is an interesting problem to classify these representations. In this talk, I will give a brief survey on different approaches to this problem.

报告人简介：王垂佳，2021年博士毕业于新加坡国立大学，现就职于香港大学。主要从事表示论的研究，包括相对Langlands纲领、Kazhdan-Lusztig理论等。成果发表于Adv. Math., J. Funct. Anal., Selecta Math. (N.S.) 等期刊。
