报告摘要：HIV-1 persistence within the central nervous system (CNS) remains a majorobstacle to durable viral remission. Long-lived brain macrophages, latentreservoirs, and limited drug penetration across the blood--brain barriercollectively hinder effective treatment. To investigate long-term therapeuticdecision-making under environmental uncertainty, we develop a stochasticoptimal control framework for a nonlinear stochastic differential equation modelof HIV-1 dynamics in the CNS. The control problem employs a pharmacologicallymotivated linear control-cost functional. This choice naturally gives rise to bang-bang intervention policies, which reflect the discrete nature of clinical decisionssuch as treatment initiation, intensification, and regimen switching, and areconsistent with the cumulative drug exposure principle measured by the area under the concentration-time curve (AUC).

报告人简介：王玮明，教授，淮阴师范学院“翔宇学者”，江苏省十四五“数学”重点学科带头人，江苏省高校科技创新团队带头人，淮安市传染病防控及预警重点实验室主任。入选浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”第二层次，担任浙江省十二五“应用数学”重点学科带头人。近十年来专注于传染病防控的建模分析及预警研究，得到了国家自然科学基金的连续资助，主持面上项目4项。入选爱思唯尔2020-2024“中国高被引学者”、科睿唯安2021-2022“全球高被引|科学家”以及斯坦福大学2022-2024“全球前2%科学家等榜单。任中科院二区SCI杂志Advances in Continuous and Discrete Models和International Journal of Biomathematics编委。
