报告摘要:In this talk, we first introduce the classical constant rank theorem(CRT). Then we give some new progress on CRT. Part of the results are about the "strengthened” versions for semi-linear elliptic equation in n-dimensional Euclidean space, by which we can deduce a rigidity theorem of the solution to the generalized Liouville equation from conformal geometry. Another part of the results concerns the generalized constant rank theorem in hyperbolic space, and we apply them to solve the Christoffel-Minkowski type Problem in this space.
报告人简介:徐露,湖南大学数学学院教授、博士生导师。1996-2006在华东师范大学数学系学习,分别获得学士、博士学位。主要从事椭圆偏微分方程和几何分析的研究。在完全非线性椭圆偏微分方程解的凸性研究方面取得了系列创新性成果,相关成果发表在Crelle's journal, JFA, Adv. Math., IUMJ, CVPDE, JDE等国际著名期刊上,其中多篇论文被国外同行实质引用。
