A P-ADI scheme for nonlocal diffusion equations

摘要:A modified alternating direction implicit (ADI) method is proposed for solving nonlocal diffusion equations. The nonlocal operator, discretized by finite differences, lacks a tensorial structure, thus preventing the direct use of classical ADI. The discretized operator is split into a dominant linear part that admits a tensor structure and is treated implicitly, and a non tensorial remainder that is explicitly evaluated on the right hand side. The ADI technique is then applied to the implicit part. The resulting pre tensorial ADI scheme is proved to be unconditionally stable and convergent. Numerical experiments are presented to illustrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed approach.
主讲人简介:孙涛,海军工程大学基础部讲师,2026年毕业于澳门大学并获哲学博士学位。主要从事偏微分方程数值解法及其快速算法的研究。目前,在《J. Sci. Comput.》、《Math. Comput. Simul.》、《Numer. Linear Algebr. Appl.》等SCI期刊发表学术论文17篇。
