报告题目：The non-existence of wave operators for the fractional Schrödinger operators

报告摘要：I will introduce a class of decaying potentials, for which the wave operators associated to the fractionalSchrödinger operator，do not exist. The result is in the full range, and the decay rate is sharp by the recent work on the existence side. In particular, this gives a new threshold for a potential to have short range, where the decay assumption is faster than the usual accepted Coulomb decay.

报告人简介：黄天骁，中山大学副研究员。2018年博士毕业于华中科技大学，从事调和分析及其应用方面的研究，在高阶薛定谔算子唯一延拓性、散射理论等方向取得突出成果，在CPDE、JFA、JDE等高水平杂志上发表多篇学术论文。
