Stochastic computational singular perturbation for complex chemical reaction systems
摘要: In this talk i will first give a brief review on computation singular perturbation for deterministic stiff ODE systems. Then we will generalize the concept first to stochastic ODE systems with simple noise, and chemical Langevin equations with complex diffusion structures. Efficient and stable explicit algorithms are developed based on the concept and applied to bench mark models.
